Taste of Tasmania

Having a Hoot at Hollybank

Trina and Georgia came up with a brilliant idea to have a picnic at Holly bank. At first Dad did not want to join but during the course of the morning he changed his mind and we all went for a fun few hours. Trina hit the mark with the chips, roast chickens, bread rolls, salad and fruit to follow. After lunch we had a game of cricket and then walked through the woods to the treetop adventure park and back. Will put that on the to do llist for next time.

The Hobart Waterfront

After lunch at the Taste of Tasmania the twins relaxed in their strollers while we took a walk around the waterfront.

Lunch at Stillwater Cafe Launceston

Boys love bubbles on Grannys deck

Late afternoon in Launceston and the boys are playing with mummy on the deck, trying to catch the bubbles.
They did not stop for over half an hour.

Merry Christmas

It was a clear day in Hobart for christmas and the family gathered at Mandy Moo and Chita's new house in Glenorchy for a backyard lunch.
The food was a compilations of contribution from Emma's outstanding grape and asparagas with Haloumi salad, Trinas garden salad through to the lovely ham , superbly cooked Turkeys and veggies. Of course we could not finish without a course or two of mum's christmas pudding and the option of a berry topped home made ice cream from moo.
What a great day.

Andrews Sofa Art

We bought the boys a black board today and Andrew decided that drawing on the sofa was a better idea. Here he is at work.
